Can I use GC4S from any U.S. state?
Yes. GC4S serves clients in all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska. Immigration law is federal, so our attorney can take your case no matter which state you live in. You can work with our attorney online without visiting our office. Additional shipping charges may apply when mailing documents to or from Hawaii or Alaska. We will explain any additional charge in advance.
What is the Denial Refund Guarantee, and which tier includes it?
The Denial Refund Guarantee applies to the Full Attorney tier ($2,999 — Cho & Associates) only. If USCIS issues a final denial of your case, 100% of the attorney fee is refunded — once per engagement, to your original payment method, within 30 days of our written confirmation of a qualifying claim.
Denials issued as a matter of USCIS discretion are covered. Submit a written claim with a copy of the denial notice within 30 days of the date on the denial notice.
The refund covers the attorney fee only; USCIS government fees are paid by you directly to USCIS and are non-refundable by law.
The guarantee does NOT apply when the denial is caused by facts the client concealed from the attorney — including prior criminal record, fraudulent or fabricated documents, prior immigration violations (e.g. overstay, removal, prior fraud allegations), or any other material fact undisclosed during intake — or by client-initiated withdrawals, abandonment, failure to provide documents or information you could reasonably obtain, requested in writing by USCIS or the attorney, completely and by the deadline, or refusal to follow attorney advice.
RFE responses and post-RFE denials are covered, subject to the Retainer Agreement. After a refund the engagement ends; a motion (Form I-290B) or re-filing is available under a separate engagement.
The Limited-Scope tier ($1,499 — Cho & Associates) covers the forms selected, prepared, and reviewed by the attorney, package assembly, and filing instructions — you file; it does not include this guarantee. In both tiers, if the engagement ends early — whether you end it or we do — we refund the part of the fee not yet earned under the stage schedule in the agreement.
Is RFE response included?
Yes — in the Full Attorney tier ($2,999), for the standard RFE that USCIS issues for marriage-based cases. We respond within USCIS’s deadline and use evidence already in your file. Highly complex RFEs (e.g. fraud allegations) or RFEs arising from facts not disclosed during screening or intake may need a separate scope, which we’ll quote transparently before any work. The Limited-Scope tier does not include RFE response.
Do I need a separate attorney assessment?
Not everyone needs a separate assessment. Start with the free preliminary check. If individual legal analysis is needed before engagement, we may offer a $200 Case Assessment: follow-up questions, then the attorney’s assessment of whether and how we can proceed, in writing or by phone or video call. Calls are available in English or Korean. We explain this before you pay. If you retain us, the $200 comes off your service fee using the code we provide. It is not an extra cost. Attorney review and application preparation are included in both services; this separate pre-engagement assessment is offered only when needed.

Which languages do you support?
The homepage, free check and questionnaire are available in English, Korean, Spanish and Mandarin Chinese, as are consultations. The official agreement and some payment and account-access screens are in English. Korean–English certified document translations are done in-house and notarized as needed for USCIS. For documents in other languages, documents must be submitted with a USCIS-compliant certified translation that you obtain and upload yourself.
Can I file from outside the United States?
Yes — consular processing through the National Visa Center. Total USCIS/NVC fees are about $1,355 instead of the AOS path’s $2,115–$3,005. Consular processing is provided under a separate engagement with the attorney and is outside the Denial Refund Guarantee.
