Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 18, 2026
1. Who we are
greencard4spouse.com ("GC4S") is a technology platform operated by Kopernikus LLC, which is not a law firm and does not provide legal services or receive legal fees. All legal services offered through this site are provided solely by Cho & Associates (Law Office of Jin Dong Cho, P.C.), NY Bar #4195434 ("the Law Firm"). This Privacy Policy covers information collected through this website.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name and email address; your answers to the eligibility screener; your answers and documents in the intake questionnaire (which include immigration-related personal information about you and your spouse); messages you send in the consultation chat; and audio of voice consultations, which may be recorded for quality and case-record purposes.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and the advertising source that brought you to the site (UTM parameters). If analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site.
3. How we use your information
- To run the preliminary eligibility screening and show you your result.
- To prepare and provide the legal services you request.
- To contact you about your inquiry or your case.
- To understand and improve how the site works, including which advertising brought visitors.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Confidentiality of legal inquiries
Information submitted in the course of seeking legal services is treated confidentially in accordance with the Law Firm's professional obligations. Nothing in this Policy waives attorney-client privilege. Note that submitting the screener or contact forms alone does not create an attorney-client relationship; a relationship is formed only when a written retainer agreement is signed.
5. Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to operate the site, and they process data only on our behalf: Railway (hosting and database), Cloudflare R2 (secure storage of the documents you upload — including identity and financial records such as passports, marriage and birth certificates, and financial documents — and of voice-consultation recordings), Microsoft Azure (speech recognition and translation during voice consultations), Anthropic (real-time translation processing during chat consultations), Stripe (payment processing; your card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers), Zoho (transactional email, such as sign-in links), and Google Analytics (site usage statistics, if enabled). We may also disclose information when required by law.
6. Data retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services and to meet the Law Firm's legal and professional record-keeping obligations. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
7. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (subject to the Law Firm's legal record-keeping obligations) by emailing jd@choattorneys.com. You can decline analytics cookies through your browser settings.
8. Children
This site is intended for users 18 and older.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy and will post the new version on this page with an updated date. Questions: jd@choattorneys.com · (718) 353-2699 · 35-24 154th St., Flushing, NY 11354.
