1. The platform and the Law Firm

greencard4spouse.com ("GC4S") is a technology platform operated by Kopernikus LLC, which is not a law firm and does not provide legal services or receive legal fees. All legal services offered through this site are provided solely by Cho & Associates (Law Office of Jin Dong Cho, P.C.), NY Bar #4195434 ("the Law Firm"). Kopernikus LLC and the Law Firm are under common ownership by attorney Jin D. Cho.

2. The screener is not legal advice

The eligibility screener provides a preliminary, informational indication based only on your self-reported answers. It is not legal advice, it does not evaluate your complete situation, and its result is not a prediction or guarantee of any immigration outcome. Using the screener, submitting your contact information, or exchanging messages through this site does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when you and the Law Firm sign a written retainer agreement.

3. Acceptance of clients

All engagements are subject to the attorney's review and acceptance. The Law Firm may decline any matter, including after reviewing your screener or intake answers.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree that the answers and documents you provide are truthful, accurate, and complete. The services, timelines, and any refund terms depend on the accuracy of your information; providing false or incomplete information may void refund eligibility as set out in the retainer agreement and may have serious immigration consequences.

5. Fees

Legal fees are set out on the pricing page and in the retainer agreement, and are paid directly to the Law Firm. U.S. government filing fees (USCIS and Department of State) are separate, are paid to the government, and are non-refundable by law. Refund terms, where offered, are defined exclusively in the retainer agreement.

6. No guarantee of outcome

Immigration decisions are made by government agencies. Nothing on this site guarantees any outcome. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

7. Platform use

You agree not to misuse the platform (including attempts to access other users' data or disrupt the service). The platform is provided "as is" with respect to its technical operation; Kopernikus LLC does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits the Law Firm's professional responsibilities to its clients under the New York Rules of Professional Conduct.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
