FAQ

Common questions

What does "100% refund if denied" actually cover?

If USCIS denies the marriage green card on the merits — and the denial is not caused by client misrepresentation, fraud, or refusal to follow attorney advice — your attorney fee is refunded in full. USCIS government fees are non-refundable by law.

Is RFE response really free?

Yes — for the standard RFE that USCIS issues for marriage-based cases. We respond within USCIS's deadline and use evidence already in your file. Highly complex RFEs (e.g. fraud allegations) may need a separate scope, which we'll quote transparently before any work.

Why are you cheaper than Manifest Law?

GC4S combines licensed attorney review with software-assisted intake and in-house translators. We don't run a Manhattan boutique with 1% acceptance branding. The legal work is the same; the overhead isn't.

Which 5 languages are in-house?

English, Korean, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, and Japanese — all certified by an in-house translator and notarized as needed for USCIS. Other languages are quoted case-by-case.

Can I file from outside the United States?

Yes — consular processing through the National Visa Center. Total USCIS/NVC fees are about $1,305 instead of the AOS path's $2,065. Your attorney handles both paths.
